Who You Are / Your Next Challenge


We have an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Manager to join our Commercial Development team on a full-time, permanent contract, based in our London, Victoria Office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Commercial Development, you will responsible for supporting the building of APIs that unlock new use cases, expand our footprint geographically, and enable new features/services within cross currency settlement. Primarily this is working directly with merchant acquirers, marketplaces and PayFacs who want to leverage local collections through our single IBAN proposition. Some of the other responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and delivery of various new client on boarding tasks
  • Ensure agreed work is processed to meet contractual requirements
  • Run project meetings to keep stakeholders updated regionally
  • Supporting new clients with technical queries
  • Provide detailed handover to Client Services 
  • Reporting of KPIs for all implementations
  • Maintain strong knowledge of our solutions and follow internal procedures and policies


What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 


  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of API’s and SQL
  • Excellent understanding of the payments ecosystem, predominately traditional clearing
  • An entrepreneurial mind set towards the client and solving any challenges
  • Partnered closely with engineers and product
  • A craftsperson’s attention to detail and care for great implementation experiences
  • A driving desire for continuous product improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position. The role is expected to be office-based in Victoria, London as part of the Commercial Development team.
