Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

We have an amazing opportunity for an FX Options Dealer to join our International Payments Corporate division on a permanent contract. Based in our Madrid Office this role reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for carrying out all tasks on time, meeting deadlines and in accordance with company procedures and KPI’s/SLA’s.

In this role, you will act as an Options Dealer in order to on board and trade clients delivering client acquisition and revenue targets but also contribute to Madrid project success by adding previous experience to the Team.

You would have the opportunity to develop within a solid team and a fun fast paced company. Therefore the successful candidate will need to demonstrate initiative and be able to work under their own direction.

What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 

  • To excel in this role you would need to be comfortable working with new IT systems
  • Previous experience dealing FX Options with corporate clients (Revenue/Risk Aversion) would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail would be needed for this role as well as good organisational skills
  • Naturally, you would have strong numerical and analytical skills
  • To enjoy this role, you would need to have worked in a multichannel environment (telephone, email and face to face)
  • You need to be proficient in Microsoft packages, particularly CRM, Excel and Word
  • Ideally, you would have proven experience in a bank or other financial institution as an FX Options dealer
  • You would need to be fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take on a fundamental role within the International Payments Corporate division, who is keen to get involved in multiple tasks within an established growing international organisation, and provides amazing scope for both strategic and operational self-development.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position. The job is expected to be office-based in Madrid, Spain as part of the International Payments Corporate division with the option for flexible work arrangements.
