Who You Are / Your Next Challenge

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the IT Services Team in the capacity of IT Service Desk Analyst based in our London office.

You will be responsible for providing day to day IT support across all areas of the business, acting as an escalation point for members of the team. You will be responsible for all incoming contacts to the Service Desk including email, phone and ticket system portal. You will manage service desk incidents and requests and will set up, deploy and install computer equipment across group sites and the production of documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for service and will go above and beyond to ensure quality service is provided. You will possess solid IT skills and have technical troubleshooting skills to allow you to easily work through problems to speed up resolution. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be hands-on, have the chance to learn a variety of technical solutions and applications across the IT estate. You will make a tangible difference by continually improving IT service within the business and driving change.

This role will report to the IT Service Desk Manager and will work closely with other team members in IT Services and IT Development.

What we’re looking for / Skills that will help you in the role 


  • Proven IT Service Desk experience in corporate environment.
  • Previous experience providing support on standard office applications with wide experience of PC, printer and network devices, within a commercial environment.
  • Used to working with SLA’s and providing a high level of customer service with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of Windows 10.
  • Hold a Certification/Diploma/Degree in IT related field
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Adopts a teamwork and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability the ability to breakdown complex information to suit a particular audience.
  • Familiarity with computer security systems and curiosity in emerging technologies, devices, privacy and data protection concerns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work unsupervised whilst managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient at building relationships at all levels and influencing a range of senior stakeholders, challenging decision making to help drive continuous improvements.


  • CompTIA A+
  • Experience of Exchange Server, SQL Server, Networking skills (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/VPN) and firewalling technologies
  • Experience in configuring/producing images using System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) or Endpoint Manager (MEM).
  • Previous experience in taking part and supporting on projects and change management initiatives in a complex environments.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position. The job is expected to be office-based in Victoria, London as part of the IT Services team with the option for flexible work arrangements.

What you get in return:
