As our business in the USA is growing we have multiple exciting opportunities for Business Development Representatives to join our New Business Development Team. Our ideal candidates should be highly motivated, excellent communicators, work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus on the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.
The successful candidates must firstly be able to prove they can articulate our value proposition, secure new appointments and deliver consistent revenue results on a quarter in quarter basis. The ideal candidates will demonstrate and show initiative to impact positive change to add value to our business. This particular position will need to qualify and deliver new business opportunity leads to our China Desk sales team. The BDR should plan outbound campaigns based on the known strengths of the company and initiatives set by management.
Develop new customer meetings for Outside Sales team members as a result of prospecting activity
Manage and execute outbound and third party marketing campaigns
Ensure all sales activities, communications and opportunities are followed up and recorded in CRM
Manage incoming sales calls, qualify, and advise.
Sourcing prospect information for vertical and ad-hoc lead generation initiatives
Managing/maintaining all data in CRM
Emailing leads information on products relevant to their inquiry
Callbacks on outbound campaigns
Utilize appropriate electronic tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Pipeliner, Microsoft Dynamics, and Jabber to communicate with prospects and with the group
Provide accurate monthly report to manager
General organizational and administrative support for sales
Ensure and maintain lines of communication are free and open between you and any individuals you need to work with
Understand and ask questions to management if needed regarding best targets of outbound campaigns that align with company objectives
Be a partner and interact closely with China desk sales team on where to focus efforts
Communicate with Marketing to put together materials specific to Chinese market
Skills, Qualifications and Experience relevant to the Role
REQUIRED: Fluent speaker of Mandarin/Cantonese
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar lead generation/sales role
A solid track record in a role with a sales background
Demonstrated ability to devise and deliver lead generation activities
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent negotiation and motivational skills
Strong relationship building and networking skills
Use of CRM
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired (International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing)
